My apetite is low lately, but I still eat a lot when it comes to meals time. I stop buying food outside. It is because I am on budget now but last time I have ordered the food from online, it took so long and the taste is not as good as previous. So, I decide to have foodprep at my own. And I am always trying to prepare fruits and vegetables everyday. When I ate less, at least I consume fruits and vegetables. I am still love frying food, when I try to have non-fry food but at least I am now least and least eating fried-snack. I felt better, seriously. But I am still consume a lot instant noodles (huft) because it is freakin simple and easy and delicious. I can’t even to stop this food, they save my life!

Well the ideas is actually I hate looks like gained weight but I am not a typical diet-person because I am quite insist on people should have freedom of eat everything they like, well….until some food being restrict for the better health. I think right now, I can consume much food and I am grateful for that. After I realise sometime, I am being allergic to some foods, not because it brings real alergic, but it increase the chances to develop stomachache in my case. In fact, I have sensitif stomach and I should be aware of this years years ago. But since I am now more enjoy staying at home for days, the stress is reduce and my stomach is fine so far. Except when it comes to PMS period and the period days, it still unavoidable to have severe menstual cramps. I hate it but I need to allow it since there is no cure at all. I should get used to it.

I am now more carefull in taking milk consumption because it is the one that can triggered my sensitif stomach. The good news is, I found oat milk and it totally fine and I love the taste. I used to try almond milk but too bad, the brand preferrence sometime hard to find and the cost is relatively high, right? So, about milk, I change to oat milk. Another case, I am surprisingly really sensitif to corn. Too bad because I really love corn, especially grilled corn. I already realise this quite long time but since I love corn, I always be like ignoring all the symptoms. Everytime I ate corn, not long, my stomach will be alarmed and will feel uneasy stomach. I hate this. The other food that I should careful is, durian! Fortunately I am not really into this fruit. I mean, I still like it, but I am not look for it. It is because this fruit will bring really serious symptoms on my stomach and… I can be hard to sleep because I ate durian in the day. Hahaha…plus, if I have a cup a coffee before of after the durian, I will be devastated in the night. So, the best for me is to avoid this food, although I think durian taste is wonderfull.

Hmm… thinking on else that can hurt my stomach, it still some…but those are the most reminder in my mind. Time is up for today! I need to fold my clothes, and I hate it, but I should deal with it.
